How do I know what size I am?

Our t-shirts are Fruit of the Loom Valueweight Ts; you can find a sizing chart here.

How can I pay?

With your PayPal account, a regular bank account transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card - all covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. 

How much will shipping cost?

Within Germany: €2.50 (free when you order more than one item).

Everywhere else in the world: €3.50.

Note: international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

How long will shipping take?

Your order will be shipped 3-5 days after being placed. 

Any order being shipped within Germany is normally received within a week of purchase. International orders usually arrive within two to four weeks, depending on how your country handles such shipments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we try to turnaround your order in a timely manner, it might be difficult to catch the changes before your items are shipped. 

If you would like to make a change, please contact email@uberlin.eu, and we’ll see if we can help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your überlin purchase, so you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items within 28 days of the date of purchase. 

If you need to return an order, simply write us at email@uberlin.eu. Please include the order number (found on your packing slip or in the confirmation email received when the order was placed) and the reason for the return. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by überlin.
